We are seeking for a experienced Property Developer for our Dubai based leading property development firm dedicated to delivering high-quality residential building projects. Our mission is to create innovative and sustainable living spaces that meet the needs of our clients and enhance the communities we serve.Only candidates who meet the below criteria should apply for the position.Role Overview:Highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Developer to oversee the successful implementation of our residential building projects from inception to completion. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:# Oversee the entire development process, from the concept of delivery and handover.# Identify and secure suitable plots for the development.# Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and projections, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as necessary (entire life cycle)# Conduct land feasibility studies to assess project viability.# Lead the design and planning of residential projects.# Collaborate closely with the contracting team to achieve desired outcomes.# Ensure effective commercial and project management throughout the project lifecycle.# Engage and manage all necessary stakeholders, including architects, engineers, designers, and contractors.# Ensure projects comply with all regulatory and quality standards.# Drive the execution of property designs and ensure alignment with company objectives.Qualifications:# Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.# A minimum of 5+ years of experience in property development, with a strong background in architecture, civil engineering, and interior design.# Proven track record of managing residential building projects from start to finish.# Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.# Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Interested candidates whose qualification meets the above criteria only send CV to Type: Full-time
