Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property market research and stay updated with market trends
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Conduct Property viewing
- Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and prospecting
- Provide guidance and assist callers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best term
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to property locations
