Position Overview: We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Manager to oversee administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases.
  • Support HR functions, such as onboarding and employee documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
